I was working from home today while Dara went to her baby doctor appointment. We woke up, got breakfast and then Max and Mary played Indiana Jones on the Wii for a while. I was firing through a huge list of e-mails to respond to, but Jack kept on wanting me to hold him because he has a little cold.
Being a dad always wins.
I picked him up and he sat on my lap smashing the computer keys while I tried to work. Before I knew it, Jack fell asleep right in my arms. Just visualize me working on my Mac and my baby asleep in my lap leaning on my left arm. Unforgettable.
I love being a dad.
